Achievements of Goal Report: Measures the Company's success in meeting its prior year
goals.
Audits:
Mock Office of Federal Contract and Compliance Programs ("OFCCP")
audits are offered to identify areas of potential discrimination and internal
issues that need to be clarified/corrected in order to protect the Company in
the event of an actual OFCCP audit.
Compliance Checks:
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs ("OFCCP") Compliance
Checks.Assistance/preparation of all
required documentation, as well as assistance with the preparation of any
additional required reports to the OFCCP in regards to said compliance check.
Compliance Review:
Representation during a Compliance review.
Assistance/preparation of all required documentation for submission, as
well as assistance with the preparation of any additional required reports to
OFCCP in regards to said compliance review.
EEO-1 Categories:
Assignment of EEO-1 categories to job titles.
Glass Ceiling or Management Review: Representation during a Glass Ceiling
or Management Review. Preparation of
required documentation for submission, and assistance with the preparation of
any additional required reports to OFCCP in regards to said review.
Impact Ratio Analysis: Analysis of
personnel transactions that identifies potential areas of discrimination.
Job Grouping: Combining job titles with similar wage, content
and opportunity.
Monitor and analyze current record-keeping system:
Includes the maintenance of applicant flow logs, new
hire data, promotion, transfer and termination data in accordance with the
needs of the Company.
Occupational Coding:
Assignment of census codes to each individual job title.
Salary Analysis: Generated by Job Title,
Job Group and/or Salary Grade or Band by Average and Median method, to identify
areas of potential discrimination.
Training: Subjects could include, but are not limited to, Equal Opportunity/Affirmative
Action, Compliance with regulations. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the Company.
