MARK M. MANSELL
In 1990, Mark M. Mansell decided to establish an
EEO/Affirmative Action Consulting business with the main focus of providing
Affirmative Action Programs and on-site representation during federal audits to
companies that were designated federal contractors.
Prior to establishing his business, Mark M.
Mansell served as an EEO Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor,
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, where he conducted numerous
audits of federal contractors. In
addition, he served with two major corporations in the private sector as an
Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist and Consultant, respectively.
Mark M. Mansell is a member of the faculty of the
Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor
Relations EEO Studies Program where he teaches
quantitative analysis and goal setting for Affirmative
Action Programs.
Over the years, Mark M. Mansell became Mark M.
Mansell & Associates, L.L.C. and has expanded to the point where we are not
only able to provide the same high quality Affirmative Action Programs to our
clients, but also provide them with a full range of services.
