Achievement of Goal Report:
Measures the organization's success in meeting its prior year goals.

Audits/Checks/Evaluations/Reviews:
Representation and/or support of Affirmative Action Program in connection with audits/checks/reviews by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) and state agencies. Assistance/preparation of all required documentation, as well as assistance with the preparation of any additional required responses/reports to the OFCCP in regards to a: Accommodations Focused Review, Compliance Check, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation, Establishment Review, Promotions Focused Review, Section 503 Focused Reviews, and VEVRAA Focused Reviews.

Benchmark Data Analysis as to Veterans:
Benchmark data analysis, utilizing the current annual national hiring benchmark as established/published by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.
OR; the development of individualized hiring benchmarks considering the five (5) factors as established by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.

Customized Reporting:
Developed in conjunction with the organization's specifications and requirements.

EEO-1 Categories:
Assignment of EEO-1 categories to job titles.

Impact Ratio Analysis:
Analysis of personnel transactions to determine if there are selection disparities.

Job Grouping:
Combining job titles with similar wage, content and opportunity.

Mock Audits:
Mock Office of Federal Contract and Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits are offered to identify areas of potential discrimination and internal issues that need to be clarified/corrected in order to protect the organization in the event of an actual OFCCP audit.

Monitor and analyze current record-keeping system:
Includes the maintenance of applicant flow, new hire data, promotion, transfer and termination data in accordance with the needs of the organization.

Occupational Coding:
Assignment of census codes to each individual job title.

Salary Analysis:
Generated by Job Title, Job Group and/or Salary Grade or Band by Average and Median method, to identify areas of potential concern.

Training:
Subjects could include, but are not limited to, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Compliance with regulations. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the organization.

Utilization Goal Analysis-Individuals with Disabilities (IWDs):
Utilization analysis utilizing the current established/published utilization goal by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.
